They have no idea what's going on and the 'greeter' makes sure all her aunties, uncles, cuz, friends etc......gets RIGHT through the lines. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are able to complete your transaction online, do it! Otherwise, bring your own chair (there's not enough to handle the public). Bring something to drink, to eat, and to read! You must also have the patience of a Saint! And it doesn't matter what time you arrive, you still have to wait. PS. Don't bother calling the Mayor's office to complain because no one calls you back!
