- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Four stars are for the people at the counters helping you; unfortunately they are the ones that get yelled at & have to explain why.... The counter employee's have always been polite, helpful and have gone out of their way to help beyond their means. But yes I have experience lost mail. My postal box is at the bottom line of the postal boxes and I have had a lot of missed or someone else's mail delivered to my box. I'm thinking it's because it's too low for them to bend down and place it in the correct box. Unfortunately I'm that person whom has to wait for it to be found and has to wait until it is correctly delivered. However, management of a better delivery system in the back/behind the scene would help the problem.By K Day, October 31, 2016
